  • Do I need to have my own instrument to take lessons?
For most of our lessons, you do not need to have your own instrument to start, however, the learning process will be quicker with an instrument to practice on. Piano teachers may be willing to bring a portable keyboard, or you will need to provide one for lessons in your home. Options to take lessons in the teacher's home may also be available. When you are ready to purchase your own instrument, we can make recommendations on the best suited instrument for you.
  • How does scheduling work?
We try our best to accomodate your scheduling needs by matching an available teacher to the dates and times that work best for you!
  • What if I need to miss or reschedule a lesson?
No problem! We will try to fit you in on a different day or time that week. If you are not able to reschedule within the month, the lesson would be a "make up". Members get one free make up lesson per month, any others are subject to a fee.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
If you must cancel a private lesson, please do so within 24 hours of scheduled lesson. If a lesson is cancelled after the 24 hour mark, the lesson will be lost.
